Cream of Broccoli Soup





4 cups chopped fresh broccoli

1/3 cups chopped onion

5 cups of water

2 tablespoons of chicken instant bouillon

1/2 tablespoons of thyme or rosemary

1/2 tablespoon of garlic power

1/4 cups of butter

1/4 cups of flour

1/2 tablespoons pepper

2 cups of milk


In saucepan combine broccoli. garlic power, graded onion, water, bouillon, nad thyme.

Cover for 15 minutes.

Then, melt butter, flour, and pepper, then put in the milk.

Cover and cook until thick.

Then add to broccoli mixture.
